  • Flux is one of our most known diseases. The most common type of virus in which the person is infected is the cold virus.
  • Older people are infected 2 to 3 times a year, and children 6 to 12 times by cold virus. In the winter it actually increases its incidence.

  • This receptor mixes the surface of the docking port which is the surface of the virus.
  • After the receptor is associated with it, the virus begins to infect one cell.
  • Then the new viral particle production started in the infected cells, and Then there is the death of infected cells.
  • In the new cells, the virus is infected and new viral particles are produced. This process continues, and as a result, we are suffering from cold.

How to spread:

  • The virus spreads in the air if someone with a cold does not use Handkerchief in a cough or hutch.
The way to escape from the cold:

  • If we take some precautions, we can easily get rid of the cold. Some of these are written below:
  • Stay at least three feet away from a cough or sneezing of a cold cough. Because cough germs can be easily infected through your eyes or nose.
  • Keep hands always clean. Because the cold germs emitted with sneezing or fangs can fall on any object. It can be infections through touch.
  • Drink enough water. Drinking plenty of water (at least daily 8 glasses) keeps the body pure and helps in the emancipation of germs from the body.
  • Do not knock the nose or eyes frequently with fingers.
  • Not to sleep in the bed, walk around, exercise gently.
  • Slow enough sleeping at night.
  • Eat low-fat chicken soup. Because hot chicken soup provides proteins, vitamins, and mineral components to help the body fight with the germ.

As a primary or domestic treatment, you can:
