Antibiotics are one of the breakthrough discoveries discovered by human communities, Which has contributed immensely to the survival of the human community over the ages.
But its proper use is as beneficial as it is Similarly, misuse can be a serious threat to health. In this case, "misuse" is a bit complicated And this blog is to illustrate it

Antibiotic resistance fact,Antibiotic resistance ,Antibiotic use, types of Antibiotic ,
Antibiotic resistance
There are few people who do not suffer from minor diseases. And at the time of the 21st Century, We all are fairly conscious of health.

So if we have any disease, we have to worry about getting better as soon as possible. This Ultra awareness is often a cause of danger.

In this case, the only way we think of cure is medicine. And by using this idea a class of people gets their own advantages. But the common people are being seriously hurt

Misuse "is of two types:
1.Applying complete mis-medicine in the direction of disease
2. Depending on the disease, the right choice cannot be chosen from the correct options.

The first of these is usually rare for doctors. But people are usually victims of the second. But it does not appear in public
The main reason for this, the general public's Little knowledge about drug-related issues.

Using a proper antibiotic for a particular disease is a complex issue. Because it is possible to heal the disease with many antibiotics.
Some antibiotics work very fast again, some are at a relatively slow. And the success of a doctor's depends on how fast he can heal the patient
Here is the main issue of the problem. The issue of fast recovery is only important When the patient's life or the amount of losses Depending on the treatment time.
But the long-term physical damage is not desirable for a quick recovery of minor diseases.

To explain the whole thing, there is some basic knowledge about antibiotics.

There are five generations of antibiotics;

1. 1st generation antibiotics
 Examples:

  • Penicillin G and penicillin V
  • Cephalosporins:(Cefazolin, Cefalothin, Cefapirin, Cefalethin, Cefradin, Cefadroxil cephalexin etc.)

2. 2nd generation antibiotics
 Examples:

  •   Penicillin:(Amoxicillin,Ampicillin)
  •   Cephalosporins:(Cefuroxime,Cefoxitin,Cefaclor,Cefrozil,Loracarbef)

3. 3rd generation antibiotics
 Examples:

  •   Penicillin:(Carbenicillin and Ticarcillin)
  •    Cephalosporins:(Cefixime,Ceftriaxone,Cefotaxime,Ceftazidime)

4. 4th generation antibiotics
 Example:

  •  Cefepime
5. 5th generation antibiotics
 Examples:

  •  Ceftaroline
  •  Ceftobiprole

They are used gradually If one fails then another. Antibiotics have a limitation of "Antibiotic Resistance".That is, losing Activity against Microbes.

Generally, the next generations (3rd, 4th,5th generation) are used when the antibiotics (1st, second generation) are usually resistant to a Microbes, or lose activation.

But after using the maximum generation, there is no option in hand, As a result, if maximum generation antibiotics are becoming resistant There really is a no more effective treatment.

If antibiotic resistance is done in this way, once treatment with antibiotics becomes completely ineffective. The higher the generations are used, the more likely they will be able to resistant.
So for the use of higher generations antibiotics, The maximum caution is to be taken. They should not be used unless absolutely necessary.

So early in the treatment of the disease, initial antibiotics should be used afterward, they do not work, then using high-powered antibiotics.
However, if the standard course is not complete, it can cause an antibiotic resistant. So this issue is equally important.

But sadly, people are using high-level antibiotics in normal diseases (cold, fever etc) to get well soon. And already many lower generation antibiotics(Penicillin) have lost their Effectiveness.

Which were quite effective even a few days ago. I said earlier, some of the business greedy doctors community are responsible for this.

In this case, the patient is temporarily benefited but the damage is large in the range.
However, these problems can be solved by General medicine. Maybe it takes a little longer, or if you have a little patience for a long time then it becomes better without any medicines.

Although medicines are life-saving ingredients, all medicines have very poor side effects. It is said that,

All drugs are poison, benefits depend on fair use. ."
